This is a notice about the delivery of the Stray Kids Official Fanclub STAY 4th Gen Kit and how defective kit items should be exchanged.

[Delivery Schedule]

KOR: 2024. 04. 29.~ (KST) (To be shipped in order of payment)

GLOBAL: 2024. 05. 10.~ (KST) (To be shipped in order of payment)

✧ In the case of products that are shipped overseas, the recipient will be notified via email or phone. If the recipient cannot be reached within 5 days from the product arrival date, the product may be discarded.

✧ (KOR) Precautions when requesting an exchange:

- Please send the email with the following text as the subject: ‘[Stray Kids 팬클럽 STAY 4기] 팬클럽 키트 교환 문의’

- When making 1:1 inquiries, please provide the following information: Name of Purchaser / Purchase Number (Y__________) / Name of item you wish to exchange

- Please take a photo of the defective item you wish to exchange and attach the photo on YES24 Customer Center - Fanclub Inquiries

- Exchanges are not guaranteed even if you request for an exchange of defective items, and you will be notified about whether your item can be exchanged after an initial review.

- Items eligible for exchange will be sorted out after the submission period is over, and only those who have submitted items that are eligible for an exchange will be notified about the exchange procedure.

- Exchange requests that have been made through methods other than the 1:1 inquiries or Google Forms won’t be answered.

[Criteria for items that can be exchanged]

Items that do not meet the criteria below cannot be exchanged. If you have additional questions, please direct your inquiries to TICKET YES24’s Customer Center.

- These items have been manufactured for the purpose of protecting the items inside the kit and cannot be exchanged for any reason including wrinkles, tears, or printing issues.

✧ STAY CARD + PVC WALLET

- Errors on the card’s membership information (*Changes made after the modification period will not be reflected)

- Products with misprints (erased letters/information)

✧ PHOTOCARD SET

- Products with misprints of artist’s portrait (smudges, spots, etc.), blank pages, or tears

- Products with missing components (16 cards total)

✧ PHOTOBOOK

- Products with misprints of artist’s portrait (smudges, spots, etc.), blank pages, or faulty binding

✧ 4X6 PHOTO SET

- Products with misprints of artist’s portrait (smudges, spots, etc.), blank pages, or tears

- Products with missing components (8 photos total)

✧ CUTTING STICKER PACK

- Products with misprints of artist’s portrait (smudges, spots, etc.), blank pages, or tears

* Plush products may have size errors (±1~2CM) that occur during the cutting/sewing process. Such errors are not accepted as a reason for exchange.

[Criteria for items that cannot be exchanged]

✧ Products with spots or dents smaller than 5mm as well as scratches, dents, or ink marks that can occur during the manufacturing process

✧ On printed products/paper products that include the artist’s portrait, if a flaw (including scratches, marks, or dents that can occur during the manufacturing process) is found in a place other than the portrait such as the backside or the background

✧ If the product has been damaged due to the user’s negligence (wrinkles, tears, etc.)
