▶ Fan Club Presale

1) Official Jang Wooyoung fan club presale: Monday, August 19, 2024, 20:00 – 23:59 (KST)

2) 9th HOTTEST presale: Tuesday, August 20, 2024, 20:00 – 23:59 (KST)

- The fan club presale is limited to the 9th HOTTEST and official Jang Wooyoung fan club members.

- The fan club presale does not require any additional verification. You can reserve tickets by logging in with the Interpark ID used to join the official fan club.

- Only one ticket per event can be reserved by each person during the presale.

(*If you are a member of both the official Jang Wooyoung fan club and the 9th HOTTEST, you can participate in the fan club presale on both days.

However, even with membership in both fan clubs, you can only buy one ticket per event during the presale.)

- If you joined the fan club on the Korean page, the fan club presale is only available on the Korean page; if verified on the global page, the presale is only available on the global page.

- During the presale, every seat in all sections will be open for reservation.

- Please be aware that changes, and cancellations for re-booking are not allowed from the end of the presale period until the start of the general sale. You can cancel but not rebook during this time, so please keep this in mind.

▶ General Sale

1) General Sale : Thursday, August 22, 2024, 20:00 - (KST)

- General ticketing is limited to two tickets per person per event (including presale purchases).

- General ticket sales are limited to the remaining seats after the fan club presale, and if it sells out, there may be no seats available when general sales begin.

▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved by phone through the Dream Theatre Customer Center from Wednesday, August 21 at 4 p.m., so please contact them during operating hours.

- Tickets will be issued on the concert day upon presenting the disability registration card (or welfare card) and a hard copy of the purchaser’s ID. If these are not presented, entry will be denied for both the ticket purchaser and their companion.

- Failure to provide the required verification documents is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and ticket refunds on the day of the event due to verification issues are not possible.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be picked up on-site, and the tickets can only be picked up by the purchaser in person.

(*Proxy pickup and transfers are not allowed.)

[Ticket Reservation Precautions]

- To make a purchase, you must be registered with Interpark Ticket (http://ticket.interpark.com) and have completed identity verification (mobile or I-PIN).

- Starting July 1, we will implement a passport-based identity verification system on the Interpark global page, requiring pre-verification. Please check the announcement on the Interpark Global page. (https://www.globalinterpark.com/en/cs-bridge/notice?size=2-)

- Tickets must be booked under the name of the person who will attend the performance. Booking more than 2 tickets per event using multiple IDs will be considered fraudulent.

- This is a reserved-seating performance, and tickets can be purchased through the official ticketing platform Interpark Ticket.

- The performance has both fan club presale and general ticket sales. Fan club presale is only available through Interpark Ticket.

- Please note that reCAPTCHA security service is applied when you reserve tickets for this performance.

- Ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds are only possible within the designated period and through the original ticketing platform. Changes and refunds are not possible on the day of the performance.

- To ensure a smooth ticketing process, we will not accept direct deposit payments. We ask for your understanding, as this measure is to prevent illegal ticket transfers and sales and to avoid inconvenience for those purchasing tickets.

- Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to attend, even with a guardian.
