We are excited to announce that the On-site Booth Waitlisting feature has been added to the FANS community. ✨

You can conveniently join the waitlist and use the booth at the concert venue without standing in line. 🌈

📌 How to Use

1. Access the FANS app > Log in > Join the community

2. In the Community > Events tab, check the list of available booths

3. Go to the booth detail page and tap the "Join Waitlist" button

4. Enter the email to receive entry notifications to complete your waitlist registration

📌 Service Usage Precautions

- This feature is available during the booth operation period at the concert venue. Please refer to separate announcements for detailed information per booth.

- Please update the app to the latest version for a smooth service experience.

- Only members who are logged in and have joined the community can register for the waitlist.

- Permission to access location information is required to use this feature.

- The radius within which you can register for the waitlist may be limited according to each booth's operational policy.

- Google Maps may not be displayed correctly in some countries.

- Entry notifications will be sent via app push and email. Please ensure your device's notification settings are enabled.

- Waitlist registrations may be canceled or changed depending on on-site operational conditions.

📌 Important Notes on Version Update

- The above updates are effective from FANS v2.2440.31 (2024.10.28 KST update).

- Please note that the timing of updates may vary depending on your user environment in the App Store or Google Play Store.
